The problem in this research is whether working hours, wasted time and number of
employees have an effect on the amount of production. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of working hours, wasted time and the number of employees with respect to the amount of production. (Study case at section Yas152/Ats152 PT. Yamaha Electronics Manufacturing Indonesia). Data collection through the documentation. Research on data analysis using SPSS version 16. Testing data technique used in the study include the Test Assumptions of
classical linear multiple regression analysis which includes the test t test, F, R2. To test and prove the hypothesis of the study. Results of the regression analysis gain equation: Y = 0,477+0,303x1-
0,043x2+1,204x3. which means production is affected by the number of hours of work, wasted time and number of employees. Results of the regression analysis coefficient determination value also acquired (R2) of 0,861, this means a 86,1% variable amount of production affected by the
hours of work, wasted time and number of employees. The rest amounted to 13,9% explained by other variables, such as leadership, work environment, communication and infrastructure. To test the extent of significant F 0.000 whereas the level of significant (a) 0,05, the sig F < level of significant (a), 0.000 < 0,05 this indicates that working hours, wasted time and influential number of employees simultaneously against the amount of production. To test t obtained significant hours of work have sig t > level of significant (a), 0.356 > 0.05, time wasted having a sig t < level of significant (a), 0.009 < 0.05, number of employees have sig t < level of significant (a), 0.000 <
0.05. This shows that the working hours, wasted time and the number of employees of the influential partially against the amount of production. The conclusions of this research work hours, time is wasted and the number of employees simultaneously and partial effect on total production. companies should be more focused and a strong attention to employees. keyword : working hours, wasted time, number of employees, number of Production.
